About Me

I’m Ellie - Bolton born & embracing life in the South-West after 14 years in London!

I’ll be honest - when I first came to yoga I HATED it. Yup! As a dancer I thought it would be a breeze, but I slowly came to learn that yoga is not about rushing, performing or aesthetic.

Over time & through discipline, I learnt to slow my breath, calm my nervous system, create more space in my body & also improve my strength & sense of self-esteem. I was suffering with crippling anxiety & PMDD & I found so much comfort in getting onto my yoga mat, whatever the weather.

I fell in love with yoga so deeply after feeling its profound impact that I knew I had to study to share this beautiful practice with others.

I’m passionate about inclusivity, making people feel like they CAN do yoga (if you can breathe, you can do yoga) & deepening my knowledge of the history & philosophy of this ancient Indian wisdom tradition.
